Refund policy

Keep in mind that cork is a natural product and there will be variations in color within the same item.

We will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.

1.- Please contact us: info@corkbydesign.com within 7 days of receiving the product

2.- Send us back the Handbag/Wallet you would like to return within 30 days after receiving the product. The customer will pay for return shipping.

3.- The product must be in perfect condition which means it has not been used at all.

4.- We will issue a full refund once we have received the product and verified it has not been used.

All SALE items are final and may only be returned if the item is faulty
